Isabelle spent twelve years on the floor of Michelin-starred dining rooms in Lyon and Paris before moving into private consultation. Her work focuses on French terroir — particularly Burgundy and the Loire — and on helping people taste structure rather than memorize labels.
She believes most wine education fails because it starts with regions instead of sensation, and she teaches pairing as a small set of physical principles that anyone can learn in an afternoon.
